In Week 5, there is a proposal presentation together with our module lecturer (Ms Norji and Mr Ridzwan) and a guest form Cyber Security Malaysia (Encik Redzwan). Before the presentation day, I took part in doing ideas, contents and sketches for proposal 1, and some amendments for proposal writing presentation slides. On the proposal presentation day itself, I took part in the presentation, explaining about our target users, issue (Cyber Hoax), signs and symptoms, design proposal directions (comic and GIF), idea and content for proposals 1 & 2, expected result, and SWOT analysis. As part of the feedback given by lecturers and CyberSecurity, the overall proposal is very interesting and good because our group was the first group that came out with the idea of the combination style with Comic and GIF, and they suggested us to stick with the proposal 1 and proceed with it. Besides that, instead of cramping all the information into 1 page, they had also suggested us to split the comic into 3 series so that the visual of the comic will be more readable and understandable by the kids below 12 years old. Overall, all the feedbacks that we received for our draft proposal are positive and they are happy with it.

               Therefore, for the progress in this week, we have started to design our comic layout (proposal 1), analyze how to do GIF, organize the contents on what to include in the series, analyze the color scheme and start to distribute our tasks. Heidi and I will take charge on doing GIF and proposal writing, Vei Hong will be doing the visual (draw the comic, can be seen in the 1st picture above), and Lee Ning will be arranging the content and guideline for the series and do photoshop coloring for the visual. In this week, I did not choose to continue contributing myself in doing visual since I had contributed in doing ideation sketches for proposal presentation proposal 1, so for this time, I would like to take a new challenge to explore different task, which was to learn and explore how to do the GIF. I hope I had made the right decision and did not bring a negative impact to the team (because I'm good in drawing but I choose to take part in doing GIF). End up, I'm glad that the decision I made was right because I realize that the visual drawing which done by Vei Hong is very good and I can see his potential in the visual drawing, and he did a great job in drawing the character, which I think is better than me. Glad that everything, in the end, was all fine because before that I was pretty guilty about this.
