          This project refers to an introduction of existing condition of the chosen site (The Row) with further exploration of the neighbourhood context within the parameter. A potential site - an existing industrial facility with substantial public amenities and a subject matter that requires and investigation and research. Hence, the chosen topic that my teammates and I did for this project is the 'Art And Culture' of The Row at Kuala Lumpur. There are certain facts which was required for us to look into. From social composition, to income level, night life, lunch rush hour, age group, user/ population/ group/ profiling, behavioral patterns, habits, preferences, user types/ lifestyle, occupations, competitor, facilities and more...
